Guide to activating trade account on the new Monuskin website

Here is a guide to setting up your account on the new website.

All previous account passwords used at www.monuskin.co.uk have now been removed from our database due to an upgrade on the Monu online shopping system. New security protocols have been put in place to increase online security and provide a better shopping experience.

To access your account and renew your password you will need to do the following:

1. Go to www.monuskin.co.uk

2. Click the ‘Sign in | Register’ tab located at the top left of the website

3. In the ‘Returning Customer’ box click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link just above the login button. Wait for new page to open.

4. On the new ‘forgot your password?’ page enter your email address that is associated with your online account and click continue.

5. A temporary password will be emailed to you, you will use this password and your email address to enter into the ‘Returning Customer’ login box

Once in your account you can change the password to a secure memorable one of your own choice.
